Job Description:Hi there! I am a YouTube content creator looking for a talented, reliable, and budget-friendly video editor to join my team for a long-term collaboration. I have a lot of footage ready to go, but due to time constraints, I need someone to take over the editing process.

Responsibilities:Edit engaging long-form YouTube videos from raw footage.Create catchy, high-engagement Shorts/Reels from the main videos.Add clean cuts, transitions, sound effects, and appropriate background music.Enhance audience retention using text overlays, B-rolls, and zoom-ins.

Requirements:Proven experience editing YouTube videos, Shorts, and Reels.Good understanding of pacing and storytelling to keep viewers hooked.Ability to deliver projects on time.Open to constructive feedback and revisions.Budget & Workload:This will be a regular, ongoing role.
