YouTube Thumbnail Designer Wanted -- 2

I am looking for a thumbnail creator for my youtube channel and need thumbnails that feel professional, minimalist, and instantly legible even on a phone screen. For the video, I want three distinctly different concepts, each followed by a couple of small tweaks so we can A/B test which variation earns the stronger click-through rate.

I will share the concepts and required files for the thumbnail.

By the end of each cycle I should have:
1. 2-3 unique thumbnail designs + minor A/B variations
2. Source files and final exports ready to upload
