Build a Local Home-Services Marketplace (MVP) - "HandyHub"

I need an experienced developer/team to build the MVP of a two-sided
home-services marketplace - a website connecting local customers with
verified service providers (cleaners, plumbers, electricians, tutors, etc.)
in one city. Think a focused, trust-first Thumbtack / Urban Company.

I'll run this as my own product, so I need clean, documented, maintainable
code and a live deployment - not a throwaway demo.

CORE MVP FEATURES
• Customers: search/filter providers, view profiles, request bookings, leave reviews
• Providers: create profile, list services + pricing, accept/decline bookings
• Basic online payment (Stripe) with a platform commission
• Admin panel: verify providers, manage listings, view stats
• Mobile-first responsive, secure login, email notifications

OUT OF SCOPE (phase 2 - don't quote): mobile apps, in-app chat,
escrow/payouts, multi-city. Keep the quote to the MVP above.

TECH: You may propose your own modern stack (I suggest React/Next.js +
Node/Laravel/Django + PostgreSQL + Stripe). Code and all accounts must be
owned by me on completion.

BUDGET: $1000 ~ 1500, milestone-based.
TIMELINE: by next Monday.
