YouTube Documentary Video Editor & SEO Channel Manager (7 Videos/Week, Long-Form)
Job Description
We are launching a brand-new YouTube channel focused on tech and deep-dive stories, modeled closely after the editing and storytelling style of Tech District (Documentary/Essay style: high-engagement pacing, clean motion graphics, strong narrative flow, archival footage/b-roll integration, sound design, and professional voiceover pacing).
We are looking for an all-in-one YouTube growth partner who can handle end-to-end video editing and channel SEO setup from scratch for a newly created channel.
Scope of Work & Deliverables
Video Length: 25 to 30 minutes per video.
Volume: 7 videos per week (1 video daily). Note: We are looking for an editor or a small dedicated video editing team that can handle this volume efficiently.
Editing Style: Cinematic documentary style (similar to Tech District).
SEO & Optimization: Complete channel setup, keyword research, optimized titles, descriptions, tags, and eye-catching thumbnail direction/creation for a new channel.
Compensation & Budget Structure
Pricing Model: Fixed monthly budget (We prefer not to pay per-video given the high volume).
Monthly Fixed Budget: ₹15,000 INR / month (Max cap).
Performance Bonus: Once the channel is monetized by YouTube, we will introduce a performance bonus/revenue share structure to reward your contribution to the channel’s growth.
Requirements & Qualifications
Proven portfolio showcasing long-form documentary, tech essay, or narrative-style YouTube editing. Please share specific links in your proposal.
Mastery of professional editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve).
Strong understanding of YouTube SEO, CTR optimization, retention strategies, and algorithm mechanics for new channels.
Ability to handle a high-output schedule (7 long-form videos a week) while maintaining top-tier quality.
