30-Page Brochure Design Needed

I’ve already built a full mock-up of my 30-page brochure—every headline, paragraph, and data table is in place—so your focus will be pure design. I want the finished piece to feel classic and trustworthy, with a warm color palette that invites readers in. Although the look should be traditional, I still prefer clean sans-serif fonts for optimal readability.

You’ll take my rough layout (supplied as a PDF and Word document) and turn it into a print-ready brochure that a commercial printer can run without tweaks. Along the way, please refine the hierarchy, balance the white space, and ensure images and tables are consistently styled.

Deliverables
• Press-quality PDF with 3 mm bleed and crop marks
• Editable source file (InDesign or Illustrator)

The brochure will be printed by various clients. However, the brochure cover will be customized with the client's logo.
