Hiring: Storytelling Script Writer for My YouTube Channel
I’m looking for a talented YouTube scriptwriter to join my channel and help create highly engaging, story-driven videos.
The videos will typically be 8–12 minutes long, and I’m looking for someone who understands that a great script is more than just information — it’s about telling a story that keeps viewers watching until the end.

What I’m looking for:
Strong storytelling and narrative-building skills
Powerful hooks that grab attention within the first few seconds
Scripts structured around retention and curiosity
Ability to create open loops, suspense, emotional moments, and satisfying payoffs
Natural, conversational writing that doesn’t feel robotic or AI-generated
Strong research and fact-checking skills
Understanding of YouTube audience psychology and watch-time retention
Ability to turn a topic into an interesting story rather than simply listing facts
