YouTube Specialist for Career Coaching Channel

I am launching a new YouTube channel focused on Career Coaching and Resume Writing to build my personal brand and generate inbound clients. I will be the sole on-camera talent, and I am looking for a YouTube Growth Specialist or Channel Manager to handle everything else end-to-end.

Because I am just starting out, I have a modest budget and need an all-in-one partner who can take my raw video files and manage the entire pipeline from post-production to publication.

Specifically, I need help with:

Building my channel to attract the most views.

1. Video Editing: Editing raw, talking-head footage to remove filler words, maintain a tight pace, and add clean text overlays, graphics, and B-roll.
2. Thumbnail Design: Creating eye-catching, high-CTR thumbnail templates that match a professional personal brand.
3. YouTube SEO & Channel Optimization: Conducting basic keyword research to optimize video titles, writing descriptions, setting up tags, and scheduling the uploads.
4. Launch Strategy: Helping me structure my initial videos so they rank well in search for job seekers.
