I’m getting married and want the entire day told back to me exactly as it unfolds, without staged poses or forced smiles. From the quiet preparations in the morning, through the vows, all the way to the last dance at the reception, I’d like a documentary-style film that feels candid and true to life.
Here’s what matters most:
• Coverage of the bride and groom preparations, the full ceremony, and the reception celebrations.
• A natural, fly-on-the-wall shooting approach—no intrusive lighting rigs or elaborate set-ups that could pull anyone out of the moment.
• Clean, intelligible audio of vows and speeches (lav or shotgun mics are fine as long as they stay discreet).
• A thoughtfully edited documentary cut that we can re-watch in years to come, plus the raw footage for archiving.
If you already work in a documentary wedding style and can provide a sample reel, I’d love to see it. Let’s discuss your typical turnaround time, preferred gear, and any questions you have about the venue schedule.
