I’m developing a YouTube–style SaaS product and now need the core software built: a cross-platform mobile application (iOS + Android) together with a lightweight web-based admin dashboard.
Mobile side
• The app must let creators upload videos from their device, attach basic metadata, and manage their existing uploads (edit titles, descriptions, thumbnails, set privacy, delete).
• Secure user authentication is essential; feel free to use Firebase Auth, AWS Cognito, or a similarly robust solution, but it has to support email + password and social log-ins from day one.
• Playback and recommended-feed logic already exist in our back-end API, so the focus here is on the upload/management flows and clean UI in either React Native or Flutter—whichever you’re fastest with.
Web admin panel
A simple browser-based console is required for user management only: list users, search/filter, view account details, suspend/activate, and reset passwords. It can sit on top of the same back-end; Laravel, Node, or Django are all acceptable as long as you provide clear setup docs.
Deliverables
1. Source code for the mobile app (iOS & Android build-ready)
2. Source code for the web admin dashboard
3. Environment/configuration files and a short README to get both running locally
4. One hand-off call or screen-share to walk through deployment

• App uploads a video ≤1 GB over wi-fi without crashing.
• Login/logout round-trip
