YouTube Researcher Needed – Find High-Quality Squad Gameplay Videos

**Note - I am only accepting bids below $50 USD**
I am looking for someone familiar with Squad to identify high-quality YouTube gameplay videos as part of research for a new Squad-focused gaming channel.

This is a video sourcing task, not a detailed gameplay analysis task.

For the initial task, I expect a minimum of 20 high-quality, manually reviewed YouTube videos that meet the criteria below. I am interested in quality and variety rather than simply generating a large number of links.

I am primarily looking for longer-form Squad gameplay containing realistic infantry activity, squad communications, decision-making and changing gameplay situations.

Useful videos are likely to include things such as:

- changes of plan after contact or new information
- flanking or repositioning
- changing an attack direction
- breaking contact or avoiding an engagement
- use of terrain, concealment or covered approaches
- ambushes or delayed engagement
- coordinated squad or fire-team movement
- movement under fire
- reconnaissance or observation influencing movement
- attacks, withdrawals, defensive actions or counter-attacks
- unusual or creative approaches to solving gameplay situations

Preference is for normal long-form gameplay with relatively limited editing. Squad Leader or experienced-player commentary is useful. Instructional videos can also be included but should be clearly identified.

Please avoid:

- Shorts
- funny moments or meme compilations
- heavily edited montages
- cinematic-only footage
- predominantly vehicle-only gameplay
- poor-quality footage
- videos with very limited tactical activity
- duplicate footage or multiple versions of the same video

For each video, please provide:

YouTube URL
Video title
Channel name
Approximate duration
Source type – Gameplay / Gameplay with Commentary / Instructional / Other
Player role only if obvious – Squad Leader / Infantry / Medic / LAT/HAT / Other / Unknown
1–2 sentences explaining why you selected the video
Optional rough timestamp if one particular moment obviously stands out

Detailed analysis is not required. I’ll review the footage separately for content planning.

If you include a timestamp, it only needs to be a simple pointer, for example:

“18:20 – squad appears to change direction after making contact and approaches the objective from another route.”

Every video must be manually checked before submission. The link must work and the title/channel must correspond to the submitted video.

I expect a minimum of 20 suitable videos, more if hunting follow on work, from the initial paid task. I would rather receive 20 strong videos across different creators, maps and gameplay situations than a larger list containing filler or repetitive footage.

Please do not use AI-generated descriptions of videos you have not actually reviewed!
