Exact PDF Text Typing

I have a series of PDFs that contain plain text only—each file ranges between six and twenty pages. Your task is straightforward: re-type the content verbatim into an editable document while keeping formatting simple. No need to reproduce fonts, margins, or layout quirks; standard paragraph breaks are all I’m after.

Accuracy is far more important than speed, but a prompt turnaround is still appreciated. I’ll send the PDFs in batches, and I’d like a separate .docx (or Google Doc, if you prefer) returned for each file.
