Clappy Tales YouTube Growth Strategy & Optimization Pilot

Project Description

I am looking to hire Yaseen (@yasinu8) for an initial YouTube growth and optimization pilot for my children’s YouTube channel, Clappy Tales.

The purpose of this pilot is to test a more structured, data-led approach to improving video performance and identifying what content, packaging and publishing strategies work best for the channel.

The initial pilot will run for approximately 4 weeks and cover around 5 videos.

Yaseen’s role will focus on YouTube growth strategy, testing and optimization while I continue handling the main content production.

Scope of Work

For the agreed pilot videos, support may include:

* reviewing channel and video analytics;
* researching suitable topics and content opportunities;
* advising on video concept, hook, structure, pacing and length before production where relevant;
* title strategy and final title recommendations;
* thumbnail strategy and feedback before publishing;
* description, metadata and upload optimization;
* playlist and publishing recommendations;
* monitoring impressions, click-through rate, retention, traffic sources and viewer behaviour after publication;
* comparing performance between videos and experiments;
* recommending what to continue, change or stop;
* suggesting the next content tests based on actual performance data; and
* providing a final summary of findings and recommended direction for Clappy Tales.

Shorts may also be tested selectively where useful, rather than being treated as the main strategy.

Pilot Fee

USD $100 fixed price for the initial pilot.

Pilot Duration

Approximately 4 weeks.

Videos Covered

Approximately 5 Clappy Tales videos.

Important

This is an initial test-and-learn pilot only.

At the end of the pilot, we will review the results and decide whether to continue working together on a monthly basis. Any future scope, workload and pricing will be agreed separately based on the results and needs of the channel.

The objective is not simply to upload or optimize videos, but to use the pilot to identify repeatable strategies that can improve Clappy Tales’ YouTube growth over time.
