Verbatim Hearing Audio Transcription

I have a digital recording of a court hearing that runs just under an hour. I need every spoken word captured exactly as it was said—no paraphrasing, no omissions, including false starts, repetitions, and filler words. Speaker identification must be clear (Judge, Counsel, Witness, etc.), and any indistinct sections should be time-stamped so I can quickly locate them in the audio.

The file is ready to download immediately in high-quality MP3 format. Once the transcript is finished, please supply it in both MS Word and PDF. Accuracy and a fast turnaround are my top priorities; experience with legal or courtroom transcription will be a big plus.
