We need a graphic designer to create a simple, clean, and highly readable Yard Sign and Business Card system for Enterprise Property Management Services, LLC. This project uses our existing vector logo and brand colors—no logo design is required.
Deliverables:
Yard Sign Template (18" x 24" Landscape):
Master layout incorporating company logo, header branding, and prominent phone number: CALL / TEXT (302) 601-0955.
Modular/interchangeable bottom section designed to easily swap out primary service categories (e.g., Lawn Care, Mosquito Shield, Cleanouts).
Business Card Template (3.5" x 2" Double-Sided):
Matching print-ready template aligned with the yard sign design.
Final Production Files:
Fully editable Adobe Illustrator (.AI) master files with organized layers and vector fonts.
Print-ready PDFs with standard bleed and safe margins.
Project Terms:
Budget: Fixed $150 USD
Scope: 1 master concept design with 1–2 minor revision rounds. All final assets, text, and vector logos will be provided upfront.
