My console suddenly refuses to sign in to Xbox Live, so I’m locked out of redeeming and downloading the digital keys I’ve already purchased. I need someone who can walk me through – or remotely guide me with – a clean, permanent fix for this connection problem.

Here’s what I know so far
• The home network works fine for every other device.
• The Xbox shows “can’t connect” on the Xbox Live status test.
• I’ve tried the basic reboots and cable swaps with no luck.

What I need from you
1. Diagnose why the console can’t reach Xbox Live (NAT, DNS, firmware, router rules—whatever is blocking it).
2. Provide clear, step-by-step instructions or remote assistance until the console consistently signs in.
3. Confirm that I can redeem and download my game keys once the connection is restored.

I’m on Xbox One (latest OS), using both Wi-Fi and Ethernet during testing, with access to the router settings if we need to adjust ports or UPnP. Please bring any network-analysis tools you like (Wireshark, ping/tracert, NAT-type tests, etc.)—I’m comfortable following technical directions.

Acceptance criteria
• The console passes the built-in network and Xbox Live tests without error.
• I can redeem a code from the store and start the download immediately.
• The fix survives a power cycle and a full day of regular play.

If this sounds straightforward for you, let’s get started.
