I’m ready to commission a full-cycle build of “G300”, a premium business-jet flight simulator that will ship on Xbox Series X|S. The studio I partner with must be able to carry the project from concept art right through to Microsoft certification and release.
Scope and expectations
The experience has to feel authentic. Realistic flight dynamics are non-negotiable, every switch and display in the glass cockpit must function, and players need a choice of multiple jet models to fly. Visually, I’m looking for high-resolution global terrain, highly detailed exterior and interior aircraft meshes, and dynamic weather effects that interact with the flight model in real time. Aircraft fidelity is to be “highly detailed” both in geometry and in texture work.
Core responsibilities
• System-level flight physics and avionics programming
• Creation of ultra-detailed cockpit and cabin interiors with working instruments
• High-poly exterior models and optimized LODs for console performance
• World rendering with photo-real terrain, atmospheric scattering and real-time weather
• Xbox compliance, performance tuning (60 fps target), and achievement integration
• Milestone builds, QA support, and hand-off of all source assets and documentation
Acceptance criteria
1. A playable beta on retail Xbox hardware that demonstrates the full flight envelope for at least two jet variants, complete cockpit interactivity, worldwide terrain coverage, and live weather.
2. Final release build that passes Microsoft cert and maintains 60 fps at 4K on Series X (30 fps on Series S).
3. Delivery of complete source code, art, audio, and build pipelines, accompanied by setup documentation.
If your portfolio includes previous flight-simulation titles or complex console releases and you have the in-house capacity for physics, rendering, and certification, I’d like to review a proposal detailing timeline, tech stack, and milestone structure.
