I need a complete RF-grade PCB layout for a wireless sensor / IoT application that will connect over cellular networks (4G, LTE-M or NB-IoT). The board has to integrate a proven modem footprint plus the supporting RF layout details that keep emissions and sensitivity within spec.

Beyond the modem itself, the design must also accommodate:
• a matched antenna connection and SIM/eSIM interface,
• on-board GPS for location reporting,
• headers or pads for sensor inputs while keeping the entire system optimised for low-power, battery-driven operation.

Please take the project from schematic capture through to production-ready Gerbers, BOM and assembly drawings. I’ll review the stack-up, RF matching network, impedance calculations and any tuning notes, so include those in the hand-off package. Feel free to work in Altium, KiCad, Eagle or another professional tool—just confirm which one you’ll be using so I can open the files on my side. A brief explanation of the routing strategy around the RF front end and GPS section will help me verify that best-practice isolation and grounding are respected.

If you have previously shipped cellular IoT boards with solid TRP/TSR results, let me see an example so we can move quickly to layout and design freeze.
