Build the X League Team: Marketing, Leadership, Quality Assurance & Development Roles
X League is a growing online motorsport competition running on Discord and a custom-built web platform. We're assembling a team of professionals to fill key roles as we scale. We're less focused on exact job titles and more on personality, reliability and relevant experience.
Open teams:
- Marketing: social media, content creation, graphic design, video editing, branding, community growth, sponsorship outreach.
- Leadership: operations and project management, team coordination, event planning, strategy, helping shape how the league runs.
- Quality Assurance: testing our web platform and Discord tools, reporting bugs, reviewing race data and results for accuracy, checking processes before launch.
- Development: web platform features, Discord bots and automation, telemetry and data tools, integrations.
Who we're looking for:
- Professional, dependable and a strong communicator
- Comfortable working in Discord (or quick to learn)
- Self-starter who enjoys a fast-moving, community-driven project
- Interest in motorsport, sim racing or gaming is a plus, not required
