I need a B2B sales professional who already knows the Massachusetts tech scene inside-out and can turn warm employer relationships into signed deals. My priority is closing new business, not simply filling a pipeline, so I’m looking for someone who can own the full cycle: identify the right MA-based decision makers, secure meetings, and bring contracts across the finish line.

A big plus is familiarity with the Workforce Training Fund Program (WTFP) or other state workforce grants, as many of my prospects rely on those funds to green-light projects. If you’ve helped employers secure or leverage WTFP dollars before, tell me about it.

Here’s what I’d like to see in your proposal:
• Specific examples of business development wins in Massachusetts or broader U.S. tech markets
• Your outreach strategy, including estimated monthly activity levels (meetings booked, demos run, or proposals delivered)
• Concrete past results: average deal size, close rates, or revenue generated
• Pricing structure—hourly, commission-based, or a blend—and any performance milestones you prefer

. You’ll bring the network, the hustle, and the discipline to hit aggressive monthly close targets. Let’s discuss how many signed agreements you can realistically land in the first 90 days and map out a plan to make it happen.
