Working Student IT & Infrastructure (m/f/d)

Role Responsibilities: What you will doSupport the smooth operation of our internal IT infrastructure and technical office environment.
Help manage and maintain our Microsoft 365 environment in close collaboration with the IT team.
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot endpoints such as PCs, laptops, smartphones, tablets, and conference room equipment.
Support IT security monitoring and help identify, investigate, and resolve potential security incidents.
Provide hands-on IT support to colleagues and assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

Role Requirements: What you need to succeedCurrently studying computer science, information technology, or a related field.
A strong interest in IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365, hardware, and cybersecurity.
Basic knowledge of MS-Office applications, Microsoft Cloud services, and Windows, iOS, and Linux environments.
A structured, hands-on approach and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset when supporting colleagues.
