Workers’ Comp Hearing Docs Prep

I’m gearing up for a pre-formal workers’ compensation hearing and need an extra set of expert hands to whip my paperwork into flawless shape. All of the raw material is in my possession—medical records and employment records—so the job is strictly about transforming what I already have into a clean, compliant hearing packet.

Here’s what I’m after:

• Review every page of the medical and employment files for completeness and legibility
• Arrange the documents in the sequence required by the comp board, paginated and indexed
• Flag any obvious gaps or inconsistencies so I can decide whether to fill them before submission
• Produce a concise summary sheet highlighting dates of injury, treatments, work status changes, and wage data
• Package everything into a single OCR-searchable PDF (and, if helpful, a bookmarked version) ready to upload or print for the tribunal

Familiarity with state workers’ comp rules, preferred formatting conventions, and filing portals will make this go faster, but clear organization and accuracy are what matter most to me. If you’ve prepared hearing packets or discovery binders before, I’d love to see a sample page or two.

Once the final PDF meets the board’s specs and passes my quick spot check, the project is done.
