WordPress Developer Needed for UI/UX Fixes, Bug Fixing & Website Testing
We are looking for an experienced WordPress developer with excellent UI/UX skills to fix and improve an existing website.
The website was developed previously but has several UI/UX issues, and some functionality may not have been properly tested. We need a developer who can review the existing website, identify problems, fix them, and support testing until the website is stable and ready for production.
Scope of Work:
- Fix UI/UX issues, including layout, alignment, spacing, and design inconsistencies.
- Ensure the website is fully responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Identify and fix existing functional bugs.
- Troubleshoot WordPress theme, plugin, and compatibility issues.
- Test forms, buttons, navigation, and other website functionality.
- Support functional testing and fix defects identified during testing.
- Perform regression testing to ensure fixes do not affect existing features.
- Improve website performance where necessary.
Required Skills:
- Strong WordPress development experience.
- Excellent UI/UX design skills and attention to detail.
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Experience troubleshooting existing WordPress websites.
- Ability to independently identify issues and recommend solutions.
- Experience with responsive design and cross-browser testing.
Expected Outcome:
A professionally designed, responsive, fully functional, and thoroughly tested WordPress website.
When Applying, Please Include:
- Examples of WordPress websites you have fixed or improved.
- Your experience with UI/UX improvements.
- Your estimated timeline and cost.
- Your approach to auditing and testing an existing website.
Important: We are not looking for a complete website rebuild. The primary objective is to fix the existing implementation, improve UI/UX, identify hidden bugs, and ensure everything works correctly.
We prefer a developer who can take ownership of the project from initial review through final testing.
