My current site no longer pulls the traffic or enquiries I need, so I want to give it a full visual and technical refresh while turning it into a magnet for local searches in the one city I primarily serve.

My website is https://mayapandit.com

*** in order to be selected, please tell me how many profiles are posted on the website and how many local areas are mentioned...******

Here is what I need done:
• A clean, responsive redesign that loads fast on mobile and desktop, keeps the brand look consistent, and guides visitors naturally toward enquiries.
• Comprehensive on-page SEO: fresh URL structure, headline hierarchy, internal linking, schema markup and compelling meta copy aimed at climbing the SERPs.
• A focused local strategy: one city-specific landing page (and any supporting sub-sections) fully optimised for Google Business Profile, Maps and “near me” intent.
• High-quality, human-sounding website copy and evergreen blog articles that answer common customer questions, integrate the agreed keyword set and stay within brand voice.
• A content style guide so future posts follow the same tone, layout and keyword practices.

Acceptance criteria
– New design passes Google PageSpeed’s mobile test with 90+ scores.
– Target landing page reaches Top-10 for the primary local keyword within eight weeks of launch (once indexed).
– All copy is plagiarism-free and Grammarly clean, and keywords are worked in naturally without stuffing.
– GA4 and Search Console are connected so we can monitor progress from day one.

If you have a strong track record with WordPress (or can suggest a better CMS), on-page optimisation and persuasive copywriting, let’s talk about timelines and milestones.
