WordPress Theme Migration Expert - Blocksy Theme

I am seeking an experienced freelancer in the Philippines to assist with migrating a portfolio website from an older WordPress Theme to a new Wordpress Theme (Blocksy). The design parameter have to be rebuild fully responsive and following the design and branding requirements. The project involves transferring approximately 400 blog entries and around 100 porfolio entries. Pages needs to be re-designed following a FIGMA layout. Ensuring all pages are preserved and functional post-migration. An autotranslation plugin for 3 languages has to be added. The website has to be fully speed and SEO optimized. Responsive behaviour has to be tested across browsers and devices. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of wordpress, experience with theme migrations, know how to get the max speed out of wordpress and apply SEO best practice. Attention to detail (link structure, SEO, slugs) and the ability to troubleshoot potential issues during the process are essential.
