My e-commerce site runs on WordPress and I can see it has solid potential, yet its search visibility and overall user experience still feel under-tuned. I’d like a specialist to take a deep, holistic look at the store, then implement and document improvements that raise our SEO score and make the site feel faster and smoother for shoppers.
Scope of the review
• Design & UX – walk the entire funnel, flag friction points, refine layouts or navigation where needed.
• SEO & content – assess on-page structure, schema, internal linking, current copy, image alt text, etc. and adjust or rewrite where it will move the needle. I don’t have a predefined keyword list, so I’ll need you to research, prioritise and weave in the terms with the best commercial intent.
• Performance & speed – measure with Pagespeed Insights, GTmetrix or similar, then optimise: compress images, fine-tune caching, review plugins, and handle any server-side tweaks you recommend.
Expected deliverables
1. Audit report summarising current issues, opportunities and the metrics you captured before changes.
2. Implemented fixes (theme/php edits, plugin configuration, content tweaks, image optimisation).
3. Keyword research file plus a short-term content plan.
4. Post-implementation report showing new scores in Lighthouse/Core Web Vitals, ranking improvements, and next-step suggestions.
You’re free to use tools you trust—Yoast or Rank Math, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, whatever gets the job done—just note what was applied so I can maintain it later.
Timeframe is flexible within reason, but I do want to see the initial audit and priority task list within the first week so we can align before deeper work begins.
If this sounds like something you can tackle confidently, I look forward to your approach.
