WordPress Site With Real-Estate Calculator

I’m ready to turn a large-language-model powered Industrial Real Estate Calculator into a public-facing WordPress site. The immediate goal is a clean landing page that teases our “game-changing technology,” collects email sign-ups for the official launch, and lets registered users log in to test the calculator. Monetisation must be built in from day one (think tiered access, ads, or other revenue switches), and the code base has to be flexible enough to add full real-estate tools and advertising sections later.

I’ll be collaborating from New Jersey and need to do quick check-ins during Eastern Time Zone hours. Because I’m budget-conscious, efficient use of existing WordPress, PHP and Laravel resources is essential; no reinventing the wheel if a solid plug-in or library already exists.

Deliverables
• Responsive WordPress front end with secure login / password reset
• Industrial Real Estate Calculator embedded and fully functional
• Email capture and pre-launch notice workflow (Mailchimp, SendGrid or similar)
• Monetisation hooks (subscription, ads, or pay-per-use—open to suggestions)
• Clean admin dashboard so I can tweak copy and add pages without touching code
• Code documented and handed off via Git or equivalent

Acceptance criteria will be a live staging URL passing basic UX tests on desktop and mobile plus a walkthrough showing me how to update content.
