Contract IT Recruiter Needed

I’m seeking a seasoned technical recruiter who can step in on a contract basis and quickly build a solid pipeline of mid-level and senior Software Developers for my Information Technology team. Your day-to-day will revolve around hands-on sourcing, screening, and shepherding qualified developers through a streamlined interview process until offer acceptance.

Because this is a contract engagement, I need someone who can operate with minimal onboarding and rely on their own network, modern sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Boolean strings, ATS platforms such as Greenhouse or Lever), and proven assessment techniques to evaluate coding ability, cultural fit, and salary expectations.

Success will be measured by both speed and quality of hire, so please outline any previous wins placing mid-level engineers in fast-moving tech environments when you respond. I’m ready to start immediately and can accommodate flexible working hours, provided we maintain clear communication and hit the agreed milestones.
