My WordPress-based store uses Ecwid for the shopping cart and it has become noticeably sluggish on both mobile and desktop. The two areas that matter most to me are the homepage and the product / catalog pages; improving their load times and Core Web Vitals is the priority.
I’m looking for someone who has demonstrable experience squeezing every millisecond out of WordPress installs—minifying assets, streamlining themes, tuning databases, configuring caching/CDN layers, and whatever else will move the PageSpeed and Lighthouse needles. Please tell me, in a sentence or two, the most comparable WordPress-with-ecommerce site you’ve accelerated and the gains you achieved there.
Once complete, I want to see:
• Largest Contentful Paint, First Input Delay, and Cumulative Layout Shift all in the “good” range on both mobile and desktop for the homepage and catalog.
• A concise hand-off note so future updates don’t undo your work.
