I’m building a long-term collaboration with a skilled CAD designer who can turn 2D concepts and hand-sketched ideas for industrial manufacturing machinery into precise 3D SolidWorks models. Typical tasks will include creating fully-constrained parts, sub-assemblies, and production-ready drawings, always keeping manufacturability and standard tolerances in mind.

You’ll receive clear reference dimensions, performance notes, and occasionally STEP files from previous generations of the equipment. I expect you to return native SolidWorks files, exploded assembly views when useful, and dimensioned PDF drawings suitable for the shop floor. If you spot interferences, material conflicts, or cost-saving redesigns, flag them early; proactive input is highly valued.

This is an ongoing stream of work rather than a single project, so reliable turnaround and consistent file organization are critical.
