WordPress Site Revamp

I need my existing WordPress site moved onto a fresh premium theme I will supply, keeping all current pages but presenting them in a sharper, more professional, corporate style. You will receive:

• the current website for content extraction
• the new paid theme (with demo files)
• a reference site that captures the look and feel I’m after

Your job is to import the content, apply the theme, and refine the layout.
Navigation must be reorganized into intuitive drop-down menus.
I expect only light customization if the theme options fall short, and I’d like to avoid extra plugins unless absolutely necessary for speed, SEO, or security.

2. Full content migration with professional styling
