Our in-house team has finalised a comprehensive brand and design guide, and now it’s time to turn those files into a live WordPress site that presents our property developments with polish and precision. The website’s sole purpose is to showcase current and past projects, so every layout decision must steer visitors toward detailed project pages and encourage them to explore further.
Here’s what matters most to me:
• A modern, minimalist visual language that mirrors our existing design assets.
• Pixel-perfect execution of typography, spacing and alignment—small inconsistencies will stand out against our pared-back aesthetic.
• Fast, intuitive navigation that gets users from the home page to individual property description pages in as few clicks as possible.
Content and assets are ready to go: high-resolution imagery, copy, architectural drawings and a full component library. You’ll handle the UI/UX translation into WordPress, build responsive templates for the key sections (home, project index, individual project, about, news/contact) and configure any necessary plugins to keep the editing experience straightforward for my team.
I value speed, but never at the expense of quality. Aim for an initial functional build within the first week, followed by rapid iteration to finesse details and achieve full cross-browser responsiveness. Final acceptance hinges on matching the supplied design guide exactly, seamless mobile performance and clean, well-commented code that another developer could step into if needed.
