WordPress LMS Mobile & Access Automation

Project Description

I already have a WordPress-based Learning Management System (LMS) with online courses and digital products. I am looking for an experienced WordPress/LMS developer to update and improve my existing system.

The main goal is to make the website fully mobile responsive and create an automated customer registration and product/course access system.

Main Requirements:

1. Mobile Responsive Design
Make the existing LMS website fully responsive.
The website should work properly on:
Mobile phones
Tablets
Desktop computers
Improve the overall mobile user experience.
Ensure courses, videos, lessons, product pages, checkout and dashboard work properly on mobile devices.

2. Email-Based Customer Purchase

I want customers to be able to purchase my courses and digital products using their email address.

The purchasing/registration process should be simple and user-friendly.

If technically appropriate, the system should automatically create a WordPress/LMS user account using the customer's email address when they purchase a course or digital product.

3. Automatic Username & Password Creation
After a successful purchase:

The system should automatically create a customer account if the customer does not already have one.
A username and secure password should be generated automatically.
The customer's login information should be sent automatically to their email address.
The customer should be able to log in to the LMS using these credentials.

4. Automatic Course Access

After purchasing a course:

The customer should automatically receive access to the purchased course.
The course should appear in their LMS account/dashboard.
The customer should only be able to access the courses they have purchased.
Access should work automatically without manual intervention from the administrator.

5. Digital Product Delivery

For digital products:

After successful payment, the customer should automatically receive access to/download the purchased digital product.
The download/access link should be delivered securely.
Customers should not be able to access products they have not purchased.
If possible, the download link should have appropriate security/expiration controls.

6. Automated Email System

I need automated emails for events such as:
New account creation
Username/password or account login information
Successful course purchase
Course access confirmation
Digital product purchase
Digital product download/access information
Password reset

The emails should look professional and work reliably.

7. Existing System Integration

This is an existing WordPress LMS website, so I do not want the entire website rebuilt unnecessarily.

The developer should first inspect my current:

WordPress setup
LMS plugin/system
WooCommerce/payment system
Existing user registration system
Course access/enrollment system
Digital product delivery system
Existing plugins and integrations

Then make the required updates while maintaining the existing functionality.

Important Requirements

The developer must:

Have strong experience with WordPress and LMS development
Have experience with WooCommerce and digital product delivery
Understand WordPress user registration/login systems
Understand automated email/account creation
Be able to customize existing plugins when necessary
Avoid unnecessary plugin installation
Ensure compatibility with my existing website
Keep the system secure and optimized

Test the complete purchase → account creation → email → login → course/product access process before delivery.
Expected Workflow

The final system should work approximately like this:

Customer visits website → Selects Course/Digital Product → Enters Email → Completes Payment → Account is automatically created → Username/Password sent to Email → Customer logs in → Purchased Course appears in LMS Dashboard / Digital Product becomes available → Customer can access the purchased content.

Developer Selection

When submitting your bid, please provide:

Examples of similar WordPress LMS projects you have completed.
Your experience with WooCommerce and digital products.
How you would implement the automatic account creation and email system.
Estimated completion time.
Total project cost.
Any plugins/tools you recommend for this project.

Please do not apply if you do not have experience with WordPress LMS and WooCommerce customization.

I prefer a developer who can understand the existing system first and then provide a clean, reliable and scalable solution.
