Ivanti Neurons Setup, Integration, Reporting

Rolling out Ivanti Neurons across our environment, I’m both standing up a brand-new instance and refining the features already in place. My immediate priorities revolve around two areas: integrating Neurons with the rest of our tool stack and surfacing actionable insights through tailored dashboards and reports.

Integration goals
Ivanti’s connectors and REST APIs will need to exchange data with our existing systems (ITSM, directory services, and other line-of-business platforms). Smooth, bi-directional data flow is essential so tickets, asset details, and compliance information remain in sync without manual effort.

Reporting & dashboards
Beyond the out-of-the-box views, I want custom reports that address our unique KPIs—think asset lifecycle trends, patch compliance snapshots, and SLA metrics—delivered through interactive dashboards and scheduled e-mails for different stakeholder groups.

Deliverables
• A fully configured Ivanti Neurons tenant built to best-practice standards
• Documented API or connector integrations linking Neurons to the designated external systems
• At least three custom dashboards plus associated report templates, ready for export or scheduled delivery
• A concise runbook and knowledge-transfer session so my internal team can maintain and extend the solution
