Wordpress Expert for Divi-Based Teacher Portfolio

I need a WordPress expert who can work with Divi. I have the full Elegant Themes package on trial.
This is for my teacher portfolio (like my resume but also a standard and compliance sections
I have 5 sub-projects for this.
want someone who is VERY GOOD at getting plug-ins and portability - this is because 1) the university website - not public has Divi enabled, but I don't know how to put the elegant themes etc plug in -and am not sure it will work - my uni university of sourhern queensalnd (Australia) uses campus press is the adminisitor wordpressite - the epoftfolio and individual subject websites, irrelevant sections etc. But they also have mutliplte compulsory sections - for example 80 core content activities.....10 learning reflections 40 piecces of evidence of meeting the professional standards - these are mandatory for all students - and there is a very cumbersome process of uploading each Core Content Activity for example - so I want each section stylised - but the problem is this synch's up to the university system where a marix of completed core activites are ticked or outsanding. This issue is my Number 2 Project.

I have my own domain name and Siteground web hosting - so I am thinking of Project Number 1 - which is very simple - it is creating a template which I populate 6 times with artefacts, ie I have a template designed on what I want. And then we use the portability feature in Divi 5 to add the pages to the university website - this has to be done asap. It is very easy - but it will mean you have to set up my personal domain. I would prefer we stay with the university site until the end of the year, and then I will migrate to my site. This is normal. So project 1 is GeDivi 5 whole package trial version, working on preferably 1) USQ eportfolio or 2) my Siteground site - which is portable to add to the Uni site for mandatory requirements.

Then I have 3 more projects helping me set up a first-class teacher eportfolio.
