Thoregon is looking for a skilled WordPress / Divi Developer & Designer to rebuild our existing corporate website into a modern, professional, responsive website using WordPress + Divi.
This is a project-based engagement. We already have the new website structure, content direction and requirements.
Your role is primarily to implement the new website professionally in Divi and replace the existing WordPress website.
What You Will Do
Rebuild our existing WordPress website using Divi
Create the new website based on our supplied sitemap, content and instructions
Design and implement a clean, modern and professional corporate website
Build responsive layouts for desktop, tablet and mobile
Create reusable Divi sections, modules and global styles
Configure the Divi Theme Builder, header, footer and navigation
Implement pages, sections, buttons, forms and other required elements
Replace outdated website content with the new approved content
Ensure consistent typography, spacing, colors and visual hierarchy
Optimize images and basic website performance
Check the website across major browsers and mobile devices
Ensure all links, forms and navigation work correctly
Handle the final migration/replacement of the existing website after approval
What We Provide
You will receive:
Complete website structure / sitemap
Approved website content
Brand guidelines and colors
Page-by-page requirements
Design direction and examples where required
Access to the existing WordPress installation
Divi access/license
Clear instructions and feedback during development
You are not expected to develop the website strategy or write the website content.
Your job is to turn the supplied structure and content into a high-quality finished Divi website.
Requirements
Must Have
Strong WordPress experience
Strong Divi Builder / Divi Theme Builder experience
Good understanding of responsive web design
Strong HTML/CSS knowledge
Good visual/design sense
Experience building professional corporate websites
Ability to work independently from supplied specifications
Good attention to spacing, typography and detail
Good English communication
Ability to meet agreed deadlines
Nice to Have
Basic JavaScript knowledge
Basic SEO understanding
WordPress performance optimization
Experience with business / technology websites
Experience migrating or replacing existing WordPress websites
Important
We are not looking for a generic WordPress installer.
We want someone who understands how to make a "Divi" website look clean, modern, premium and professionally designed, while keeping the implementation structured and maintainable.
We also prefer a developer who can work efficiently rather than unnecessarily increasing project complexity.
Project Approach
The new website will initially be developed on a staging/temporary environment.
The existing live website must remain operational during development.
Once the new website has been reviewed and approved, the final version will replace the existing WordPress website.
Engagement
Type: Project-based / Contract
Location: Anywhere, preferred Asian countries (timezone)
Work arrangement: Remote
Start: As soon as possible
Duration: Approximately 1–2 weeks depending on scope and availability
We are open to either:
Fixed project fee, or reasonable hourly rate with an agreed project scope
Please state your preferred pricing model and expected total project cost.
