WordPress Consolidation & Custom Theme

I’m merging multiple existing WordPress sites into a single, fully modern build. Roughly 50 live pagescovering text, images, videos, and long-form articles—need to be migrated and reorganised under one fresh domain.

The new site will run on a hand-coded theme (no page builders or bloated frameworks) with:

• intuitive, clean navigation that scales as new pages are added with required features
• fluid responsiveness across desktop, tablet, and mobile
• solid on-page SEO foundations from the start (semantic markup, structured data, fast load times)

Current contact forms and the active blog must stay functional after launch, but there’s no e-commerce to worry about.

Deliverables
• Pixel-perfect UI/UX design approved before development
• Custom WordPress theme built with PHP, Sass/SCSS, JS (Gutenberg-ready or ACF blocks welcome)
• Content migration of ~50 pages, preserving slugs where possible and implementing 301s where they change
• Re-implementation of existing forms plus a cleaned-up blog section
• Performance, accessibility, and SEO checks prior to hand-over
• Documentation for future editors and one-round post-launch fixes

Ideal timeline is 8–10 weeks from kickoff to final sign-off, including design, build, content import, and QA. I’ll share the detailed site map, wireframes, and staging credentials with shortlisted candidates.
