Windows EXE Application Development

I need a developer who can turn my concept into a polished Windows-only executable and do it quickly. The core requirement is a self-contained .exe that launches without any external installers or dependencies, runs smoothly on recent Windows versions, and follows standard UI/UX conventions.

Because speed matters—I’m looking to move immediately—I’ll be shortlisting only those who can point to solid, recent experience delivering similar desktop applications. Please reference projects where you owned the full build pipeline, from coding through final packaging, and be ready to outline the frameworks or languages you prefer (C#, .NET, C++, Python with PyInstaller, etc.) so I can see how they fit with my needs.
