I need a brand-new desktop application built specifically for Windows. The core idea is ready on my side; what I’m missing is the technical muscle to translate that concept into a fast, stable, and user-friendly .exe that can be distributed with an installer.
Your work will cover the full software development cycle—architecture, coding, basic UI, testing, and a clean hand-off. I’m open to any modern Windows-friendly stack (C#, .NET, C++, Python with PyInstaller, or another you can justify) as long as the final build performs smoothly on current Windows 10 and 11 machines.
Deliverables I expect:
• Compiled Windows installer and standalone executable
• Well-commented source code stored in a private repo we share
• Brief setup/read-me so another developer can pick up maintenance easily
• A short test report confirming the main functions work on Windows
