Python Program

I’m in Nashik, India and need a modest-scope Python application to support a social-service initiative. The exact workflow is outlined in a document I’ll share once we have a quick chat, but in essence the program must let users enter data, store it reliably, and then generate clear analytics or summary reports that help our volunteers act on the information.

I haven’t locked down whether this should be a desktop executable or a small web app, so I’m open to your recommendation on architecture after you understand the feature list and the environment in which it will run. Either way, the code has to be clean, commented, and easy for another Python-literate volunteer to pick up later.

Key needs
• Robust data input/output flow (CSV or simple DB)
• Straightforward reporting / analytics dashboard or export
• Written entirely in Python, with common libraries only (e.g. pandas, Flask, Tkinter—use what fits)
• Runs on Windows-based machines at minimum

I’m funding this personally for a non-profit cause, so the budget is limited and I will be paying in INR. Please bid only if you’re an individual freelancer; agencies or teams won’t be considered.
