Windows AI Backup Utility

I need an AI-driven personal backup application that runs natively on Windows and handles all file types without exception—documents, media, archives, anything the user stores locally. The core requirement is simple: detect changes in real time (or on a user-defined schedule), then back up new or modified files to a target location the user chooses (local drive, NAS, or a cloud bucket via API keys the user supplies).

The AI component should work quietly in the background to optimise storage and performance—for example by recognising duplicate or temporary files and suggesting exclusions, or by prioritising critical data first when bandwidth is limited. I also want clear, human-readable logging so users always know what was copied, skipped, or restored.
