Handwriting to Plain-Text Conversion

I have a batch of handwritten notes that are very clear and neatly written. I simply need each page transcribed exactly as it appears—spelling, punctuation, and line breaks preserved—into a single plain-text (.txt) file for my personal reference. You will receive high-resolution scans of the pages, and I expect the returned file to mirror the original wording without editorial changes or formatting embellishments.

Deliverable:
• One UTF-8 encoded .txt file containing the full, accurate transcription of every page provided.

Please maintain strict accuracy, keep everything strictly textual, and let me know your estimated turnaround time once you see the page count.
