Wheelchair Floor Plan Accessibility Review

I have a residential floor plan that must be confirmed as fully wheelchair-friendly before final construction drawings are locked in. An occupational therapist with strong accessibility expertise will walk me through the entire layout—entryways, hallways, bathrooms, kitchen and every connecting space—to be sure we meet practical day-to-day needs, not just code minimums.

Key items I need you to verify include doorway and hallway widths, adequate turning radii at pinch points, reachable switches and controls, plus any additional problem spots you recognise from clinical experience. If something is missing, I want to know why it matters and how to correct it.
