Remote Technical Recruiter Needed only from Taiwan

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Technical Recruiter / Technical Interviewer to support the screening and technical evaluation of Senior Full Stack Developers for a global engineering team supporting Android TV and platform operations.

Sourcing will be handled internally, so the freelancer will focus exclusively on evaluating candidates provided to them.
The positions are based in New Taipei City, Taiwan, and require candidates to work from the office.
This assignment requires more than conventional recruitment experience. The freelancer should have sufficient technical knowledge and interviewing experience to independently evaluate senior full-stack candidates through structured technical discussions and live coding assessments.

What You Will Do
● Review resumes provided and shortlist candidates against the technical and role requirements.
● Conduct initial technical screening of shortlisted candidates.
● Co-interview candidates as part of a two-member interview panel alongside a member of our Operations team.
● Assess proficiency in Java, Angular, React, and SQL.
● Conduct and evaluate live coding assessments using LeetCode or similar platforms, with candidates participating via video and screen sharing.
● Evaluate coding approach, problem-solving ability, debugging skills, technical fundamentals, and quality of solution — not simply whether the candidate arrives at the correct answer.
● Evaluate candidates' experience working in Agile and fast-paced engineering environments.
● Assess spoken English, communication ability, and readiness to work with global stakeholders.
● Assess technical leadership, program/project management capability, stakeholder management, customer-facing communication, ownership, and ability to lead delivery.
● Provide structured interview notes, technical assessment results, identified concerns, and a clear hire/no-hire recommendation following each interview.
