WhatsApp Tech Support FAQ Bot

I want to automate our technical-support channel on WhatsApp so customers can get instant answers to their most common questions without ever waiting for a live agent. The flow should be entirely rule-based: the bot simply matches incoming messages to a predefined set of question-and-answer pairs and replies with the correct solution. No natural-language processing is required at this stage; clear, deterministic logic is preferred because it keeps maintenance simple and ensures answers remain accurate.

I will supply the full list of frequently asked questions (FAQs) and their responses. Your job is to build the WhatsApp Business API (or a reliable provider such as Twilio or 360dialog) integration, create the decision tree that recognises each FAQ keyword or short phrase, and return the configured project so I can deploy it on my own server/account.

Deliverables
• Fully working, rule-based WhatsApp chatbot connected to my verified number
• Configuration file or lightweight admin panel where I can edit FAQ entries and responses
• Simple escalation command that forwards the chat to a human agent when the user types something like “agent” or “help”
• Basic logging so I can review unanswered queries and improve the flow
• Clear setup guide (environment variables, required libraries, how to redeploy)

Acceptance criteria: After installation, typing any of the supplied FAQ keywords should trigger the correct answer within two seconds; non-matching queries must prompt the fallback or escalation flow; and the bot should stay online for 72 consecutive hours without errors.
