I need a production-ready solution to integrate the official WhatsApp Business API with Excel for Phase 1. Key functionalities:
1. Excel Integration: Automate sending messages based on data rows containing customer numbers and dynamic fields.
2. Message Templates: Support pre-approved templates for bills and promotions with fields auto-populated from Excel.
3. Attachments & Links: Attach PDFs (for billing) or banners (for promotions) and include clickable links.
4. Error Handling & Logs: Real-time error handling, delivery status logs, and exportable records back into Excel.
5. Ease of Setup: Provide a simple setup with step-by-step documentation for my team.
Phase 2 will include advanced features like receiving inputs via WhatsApp (e.g., customer requests) to update Excel automatically, rule-based operations (additions/subtractions), resuming/pausing actions, and more.
The solution should utilize lightweight technologies like Python or Node.js for easy integration and execution.
