WhatsApp Group Promotion for Women's Clothing

Hello,
I am looking for a freelancer who can help me promote my WhatsApp group for women's garment resellers across India.
I am not looking for influencers, models, fake members, bulk-added contacts, or random promotion. My target is genuine people who are interested in reselling women's garments, especially sarees, kurtis, dress materials and similar products.
Your work will include:
Finding relevant Facebook groups, Instagram pages/communities, Telegram groups/channels and other online communities.
Targeting women's garment resellers, saree resellers, kurti resellers, boutique owners, home-based women entrepreneurs and people interested in starting a reselling business.
Contacting group/page/channel admins where permission is required.
Posting my approved promotional message along with my WhatsApp group link only in relevant places where promotion is allowed.
Avoiding spam, fake accounts and irrelevant audiences.
Maintaining a report with the name and link of each group/page/community where promotion was attempted or completed, along with screenshots/proof wherever possible.
Budget:
My maximum budget is ₹5,000–₹6,000 for a one-month test campaign.
