I have a new membership programme aimed squarely at Town and Parish Councils and I need clear evidence of what they are willing to pay. To get there, I need 30–50 in-depth interviews completed – by phone or Zoom, whichever works best for each participant – and I must have the full insight report on my desk by 6 November.

You will receive:
• A pre-segmented target list with direct contact details
• A discussion guide/ set of questions to confirm their interest in our new proposed membership offer, to understand which bits they would value most (validating some of our assumptions), and then to test what they will be willing to pay. We will provide our draft pricing structure as point of reference.
• Any supporting material the interviewees may need to review during the call

What I need from you:
1. Professional scheduling, interviewing and note-taking (recordings where consent is given).
2. Accurate capture of willingness-to-pay data across the specified price ladder.
3. A concise report synthesising demand drivers, price elasticity and a recommended optimal price range, backed by verbatim quotes and basic statistics (e.g., acceptance curves). - Interviews are the priority rather than any report (depending on budget)

Fluency in telephone and Zoom interviewing, an organised approach to respondent management, and fast, clean analysis are essential. Deliver on time and I’ll have follow-up segmentation work ready to go. Ability to work with volunteers (many Town and Parish Councils are volunteer led), many of which are less technologically able.

We may also decide to incentivise participation with a one of £50-100 payment to each responding council.
