WhatsApp Food & Beverage Info Bot

I run a food-and-beverage store and want customers to receive instant answers on WhatsApp, day or night. The bot must handle the usual questions—ingredients and nutrition facts, real-time pricing and stock status, plus any active special offers or discounts—and reply in clear, conversational language within seconds.

Key requirements
• 24/7 WhatsApp Business (or Twilio API) chatbot that greets the user, understands free-text queries, and serves the above details automatically.
• Product data should flow in from my existing database; once I update a record, the new information must be reflected in replies without manual intervention.
• Fast setup and low friction for both the customer and me; no separate app or login required on their side.
• Simple behind-the-scenes structure so I can extend the catalogue or promo rules later (MySQL or PostgreSQL preferred but open to your suggestion).

Deliverables
1. Fully working WhatsApp bot deployed to my chosen number.
2. Source code and database schema.
3. Brief hand-off guide covering how to add new products, adjust prices, and launch or expire promotions.

Acceptance criteria
• A test conversation that shows correct responses for at least three different products, each demonstrating nutrition data, price/availability, and an active discount.
• Database edit propagated in the bot replies within one minute.
• Response time under three seconds for common queries.
