Convert Project Plan to Smartsheet

I have a detailed project plan with well over 50 individual tasks sitting in a static, manual format. I need everything migrated into Smartsheet so the schedule becomes dynamic and easy to track.

For every task, please map:
• Start and end dates
• The team member or role responsible
• All task-to-task dependencies

Once the information is in Smartsheet, confirm the predecessor links drive the Gantt timeline correctly, the assigned resources display in their column, and the sheet is free of date or logic conflicts.

Final deliverable: a fully populated Smartsheet file (shared back to me) that mirrors the original plan while allowing real-time updates and dependency-driven scheduling.
