WhatsApp Business API Setup

I need an expert who can take my existing, yet-to-be-verified Meta Business account through both the phone number and business document verification stages, connect my mobile number to the WhatsApp Business (Cloud) API, and hand the project back to me ready to send and receive notification-style messages.

Here’s the flow I have in mind:
• Complete Meta Business verification (documents + phone).
• Register and confirm the phone number within the WhatsApp Business Manager.
• Generate and deliver the API credentials, webhook configuration, and test templates.
• Prove the setup by sending and receiving a live message from the number.
